John Rothman, Founding Partner, Memnon TechnologiesJohn is the Co-Founder of
Memnon Technologies and guides our technology development,in the realms of
security software, algorithms and cognitive computing. John spent more than 17
years developing software and has worked as a analyst for numerousfunds in the
United States, Israel and the United kingdom, developing security software for them.
As a consultant, John worked with Symantech, Microsoft, McAfee, Oracle and IBM
as a IT security architect / security solutions architect, advising on security solutions
including some of the following area's; Cloud Security programmes, Cloud based
SIEM solutions, Cyber / SOC security solutions, and general Threat and Vulnerability
Management. John has personally helped develop a number of broader Identity and
Access management based solutions, for investment banks, and hedge funds. In
addition to his very exclusive client work, he is launching a new division that focuses
only on direct applications for A.I John is the chief innovation officer for Memnon
Technologies, developing services that complement the firm’s core offerings,
including the development of cognitive algorithms, for search and social media, and
AI for security applications. John lives in Los Angeles and keeps homes in New York City
USA, and Israel

Nick Taylor, Founding Partner, Memnon TechnologiesNick is the Co- Founder of
Memnon Technologies, and heads our technology development practices. Nick has
had over 26 years experience in the development of information security, working on
a security programme's internally for Multinational Banks such as HSBC, Goldman
Sachs, JP Morgan as well as undertaking IT security consulting for the DIA (Defence
Intelligence Agency) in the USA. Nick heads up our teams who develop web
security, Cognitive computing, application security, infrastructure / network security,
and enterprise security projects. Nick studied Computer Science at Cambridge
University, graduating with a Ph.D. in Mathematics Nick lives in New York and also
keeps a home in Nice, France.

Andrew Eckstein, Head of Information Security development, Memnon
TechnologiesAndrew heads our Information Security Consultancy, and has over 16
years experience with information assurance, security consultancy and business
skills. Andrew has worked with IBM, Oracle, Bloomberg, Amazon, and NASDAQ in
the development of IT security technologies. Andrew’s team, translates business
needs into pragmatic security solutions in a deadline-driven and complex project
environment, and combines cognitive computing methods wih regular platforms
such as Windows Desktop, Active Directory and UNIX. as a senior accountant with
management and recruiting responsibilities, including one year in the Sydney,
Australia office. Andy lives in London, and travels frequently to New York.

Tom Goldsmith, Chairman, Memnon Technologies Tom Goldsmith, our Chairman,
had lived and worked in the United States for 32 years before returning back to the
United Kingdom. Tom is an attorney and guides Memnon Technologies Legal,
Compliance & Regulatory practices. He has more than 18 years of experience. Tom
has also conducted high-level business and corporate development and licensing for
technology companies. His clients include publicly held corporations as well as
private equity and venture capital-backed companies.Tom graduated from the
University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his law degree from the University
of California Hastings College of the Law, as well as an MSc from MIT. Tom lives in
Tel Aviv, and spends part of the year in Westwood,California.

Geoff Wang, Chief Technology Officer, Memnon TechnologiesGeoff Wang is a
computer programmer, and has developed security software and algorithms for
numerous companies that operate within the financial services industry. Geoff has
developed software for Hedge funds, the Bank of Singapore, and Standard
Chartered bank. To increase his skill sets, Geoff has been working on the
development of cognitive computing for security applications to prevent malicious
hacking, as well as pushing commercial software packages to their limits, in order to
break into new frontiers of programming. Geoff also has what the team calls an
obsession with the development of software for Virtual reality applications. Geoff
graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, with an MSc in Computer
Science, and earned his MBA from Wharton Business School, in the United States.
